 Hello,
Our last visit was in Raleigh, North Carolina with Peggy's daughter, Chrissy and her family, Adele and Aaron.  Peggy's birthday is also being celebrated.

Delicious  hors d'oeuvre  made by the family.

Main course.  Yummy. Bill and Cindi provided the delicious scallops. Aaron and Chrissy did the cooking.  Wow.  Everything was delicious. !!!!!

Study time.  Adele on couch with Aaron and Chrissy.

It was a fun time visiting with family.  Overall, I (Jimmy) put on eight pounds during the three weeks were were on vacation.   Guess I will have to go to the "Senior Center's Osteo Low Impact Exercise Class" to get my weight under control.

See you all later.  Tomorrow, November 8th, Peggy and I are heading back home.  We drove over three thousand miles in three weeks and 14 states.

Hope you enjoyed vacationing with us.
Love you all,  Peggy and Jimmy

Kevin and Melanie, Second Line Marching down French Quarter's

Here we are, Melanie and Kevin and party, walking down six blocks to the wedding reception in the French Quarters.  It is amazing the crowds and their reaction to see the newly weds and friends marching down the streets of New Orlean's French Quarter with a police escort to clear the streets.

 Second line (parades)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Second line is a tradition in brass band parades in New Orleans, Louisiana. The "main line" or "first line" is the main section of the parade, or the members of the actual club with the parading permit as well as the brass band. Those who follow the band just to enjoy the music are called the "second line." The second line's style of traditional dance, in which participants walk and sometimes twirl a parasol or handkerchief in the air, is called "second lining." It has been called "the quintessential New Orleans art form – a jazz funeral without a body."[1]

Hope you enjoyed the Second Line parade of newly weds.  Love, Peggy and Jimmy

Tennessee Family-Day 2, October 24th, Session 2 with Debbie and Cliff.

Hi,
Continuing with our saga:

Niece Debbie and Cliff, her wonderful husband,  (her words) had us over to their new home. Garmin said to go down this steep hill. I literally couldn't see the road surface in front of me as we descended over the crest of the hill to go down their driveway.  I said to Peggy, "Shut your eyes, take a deep breath, and pray".  Thank goodness she did, we made it down safely and up safely too.

Debbie and Cliff live on a hillside.
It is a lovely location, on nine acres, out in the quiet countryside.

Debbie just got home from work.

Meet Cliff.  He is in the auto body repair business.
Cliff and Debbie are full of fun and laughter.

Debbie prepared Lasagna before she left for work.
Cliff was a wonderful helper,
he put the Lasagna in the oven at the proper time.

With the tour of the homestead over and while we were digesting Debbie and Cliff's delicious Lasagna meal, we left for desert at Jen and her husband, Harmon, my third niece's home. By now it was 6:30 PM.

See you later for Tennessee  Nieces--Day 2,Session-3 !!!!!!!
